    • Browse our extensive catalog and add items to your cart. When you are ready, click on your cart, and select checkout.
  • What are your delivery and installation rates?
    • We charge $50 Flat for any order requiring installation in our delivery area.
  • What is your delivery area?
    • Our delivery area is Central & Southwestern Virginia and Southern West Virginia.
    • If you are outside of this area and want delivery, email us.
  • How can I check the status of my order?
    • When you submit your order, we process it shortly after and will then be in contact with the manufacturer for a ship date. Once we have the full order, we will contact you for delivery. If you have specific questions about your order, please email us.
  • What types of payment are accepted?
    • Card, Cash in person, financing through Horizon Keystone Financial, or request an invoice. Invoice options are 50% down and the remaining at delivery, or net 30 with a credit application

  • What is Horizon Keystone Financial and how does furniture financing work?
    • Horizon Keystone Financial is a division of Marlin Leasing Corporation with the slogan “We help small businesses fulfill their American Dream”. Horizon Keystone is our trusted financial partner and will help you get the furniture you need. Once you determine your financial need, you will complete your financial application. Horizon Keystone will be in contact with you within the next 24 hours to review your details complete your financing agreement.   • Is sales tax charged?
    • All applicable Virginia, West Virginia, Ohio, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Florida state taxes shall be borne by Buyer and will be added at the time of order. Buyer is wholly responsible for collecting and remitting all appropriate sales and use taxes in other states.
  • Are there bulk discounts?
    • We strive to keep our prices low, but in some cases manufacturers offer us discounts when we order in bulk so we will share that discount with you. Each manufacturer varies so if you are thinking of ordering in bulk, please contact us.
  • What is the shipping policy?
    • Free standard shipping and free pick-up from our showroom.
  • What is the delivery procedure?
    • Once your complete order is received at our warehouse, we will call you to set up a delivery time. Typically we can deliver within a few days of the order being received. Our delivery hours are Monday-Friday between 8:00am - 5:00pm, to schedule deliveries outside of those hours, please email us your request.
  • How long will it take to receive my order?
    • We have chosen a product offering that utilizes our manufacturers’ quick-ship programs. Orders are typically received in our warehouse within 10 business days. The day we fully receive your order, we will contact you for delivery in the following days. If you need an order quicker than 2 weeks, please email us.
  • Where can I find assembly instructions?
  • Is professional installation available?
    • Yes! We would prefer to install your furniture as we can maximize satisfaction. We have an installation team dedicated to professional office furniture installation with over a century in combined experience.
  • What is your warranty policy
    • Barrows Express honors manufacturer’s warranty and warrant our labor for one year. Warranty information comes directly from the manufacturer and varies per manufacturer. We are happy to provide you with the manufacturer’s warranty information. Used products are sold “as is”.
  • What is the return policy?
    • All sales are final.
  • What happens if something is wrong with the furniture (damaged or missing parts)?
    • Email us with specific details and we will submit an open issue to correct your situation. If something is damaged during delivery or missing parts, it will be repaired at no charge to you.
  • What is your privacy policy?
  • Are there more fabric and finishes to choose from, other than what is shown on your website?
    • In short, yes! We are authorized dealers for Global, National, OTG, and Mayline. Any finish they advertise on their websites we can sell. Custom fabrics may be more expensive and are not guaranteed to be quick delivery. If there is a specific fabric or finish you are looking for, please email us.
  • Do you have fabric and finish samples?
    • We have a complete collection of fabric and finish samples at our showroom at 1302 Rockland Ave, Roanoke 24012. Our sales representatives have a binder of fabric and finishes that contain all Quick Delivery options. Schedule an appointment to visit our showroom or to have a sales representative visit you.
  • Do you do service/repair work?
    • Yes we do. If the work is covered under the manufacturers’ warranty, it is available at no charge to you. If it work is not covered under warranty, we charge an hourly rate of $69. To submit a service report, please email us a full description of what needs repair.
  • Do you offer demo furniture?
    • Yes we do, we are happy to bring you furniture to try from our showroom. Our sales representatives typically carry multiple chairs with them for customers to demo. Please contact us with what you are looking for to receive a no-charge demo. If you have loaner needs that encompass more than a few chairs, email us with what you are looking for.
